WARRANTY

The Kenjo warranty covers all new watches for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase..

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Battery replacement
  •  

The  warranty does not cover:

  • Finishes such as (but not limited to) scratches, nicks, coatings, etc.
  • Crystal or glass damage
  • Straps such as (but not limited to) leather, fabric or rubber
  • Damage due to wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistant rating.
  • Damage due to physical shock and/or accidental abuse
     

Service Return Authorization Request

All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Kenjo.
Watches that have been opened, attempted to be opened, repaired or attempted to be repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Kenjo will cover all parts and labor or in very rare circumstances replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period.

Shipping and insurance expenses for warranty returns from the customer to Kenjo must be covered by the customer. Returns should be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS . The shipment must be pre-paid and should be fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages the customer is liable.

Once repaired Kenjo will ship the watch back to the customer at our expense.

Should repair be necessary, please email Repairs@Kenjo.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the correct address for the repair to be sent.   All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RMA#). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice and a detailed letter indicating the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers and email address.
